How we begin your interior design

project

Please contact Kim via the website contact page.
We’ll schedule an appointment where Kim will come to your home or building site to walk through the spaces you’re wanting to update / renovate.
All of our projects begin with a paid – 2 hour on site meeting. This is a ‘hands-on working session’ where you will be provided valuable information drawn from Kim’s 10+ years in the industry. The cost of the appointment is $660 including GST.
KBD will then create a Project Proposal which includes a Scope of Works document and a Fee Proposal to ensure there is clarity with the Scope and the costs involved.
If you agree with the proposal, you’ll sign the Agreement and return it to Kim to commence the project.
We get started bringing more joy to your home!
