How we begin your design
project
- Please contact Kim via the website contact page.
- We’ll schedule an appointment where Kim will come to your home or building site to walk through the spaces you’re wanting to update / renovate.
- All of our projects begin with a paid – 2 hour on site meeting. This is a ‘hands-on working session’ where you will be provided valuable information drawn from Kim’s 10+ years in the industry. The cost of the appointment is $660 including GST.
- KBD will then create a Project Proposal which includes a Scope of Works document and a Fee Proposal to ensure there is clarity with the Scope and the costs involved.
- If you agree with the proposal, you’ll sign the Scope of Works Agreement and return it to me to commence the project.
- We get started bringing more joy to your home!
